Principles of Design
Good designs follow these six principles:

  1. Emphasis: Focus attention on the key elements.

  2. Balance: Ensure harmony between components.

  3. Contrast: Add visual interest.

  4. Repetition: Create consistency in designs.

  5. Alignment: Keep elements organized.

  6. Proximity: Group related items logically.

Key Visual Elements of Design

1️⃣ Line

  • Adds structure, frames, and divides information.

  • Creates hierarchy and guides attention.

  • Can be straight, curved, dashed, or solid.

2️⃣ Color

  • Primary Colors: Red, Yellow, Blue.

  • Secondary Colors: Green, Orange, Purple.

  • Tertiary Colors: Made by mixing primary and secondary.

  • Color Schemes:

    • Monochromatic: Shades of one color.

    • Analogous: Colors next to each other on the wheel.

    • Complementary: Opposite colors.

    • Triadic: Three evenly spaced colors.
